Delivery is £2.90 on all orders up to £29.99.
All orders for £30 and above qualify for FREE shipping.
All UK shipping is a 2-4 Day service.
All orders are subject to a 1-3 day processing time (Mon-Fri).
We use Amazon Shipping for Mainland UK addresses and Evri for all Non-Mainland UK addresses.

Returns / Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs for unwanted / incorrectly ordered items are the buyers responsiblity.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
True Cases will replace or refund defective/damaged/incorrect items, without the need to return the item, as long as photographic proof can be provided clearly showing the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
